تأسست كلية العلوم الإدارية والإنسانية عام 1994 وهي اول كلية تأسست من كليات جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا

انطلاقاً من أهداف الكلية ورسالتها، تحرص الكلية على إعداد الكوادر العلمية عالية التأهيل، وقادرة على المساهمة بفاعلية في عملية التنمية الشاملة والتطوير الإداري والمالي. إضافة إلى قيامها بمهامها البحثية في رصد المشكلات والأزمات الاقتصادية والإدارية والمالية وتحليلها والمساهمة في إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لها، وذلك في ضوء ربط الجامعة مع المجتمع، وتحقيق التعاون والتكامل فيما بينهم، وكذلك أنشطة خدمة المجتمع والأنشطة العلمية والاجتماعية الأخرى لاكتساب المزيد من المعارف والمهارات التي تجعلهم أكثر تنافسية في سوق العمل.

Admission and registration requirements
A student wishing to join the faculty is required to meet the following conditions:
- The faculty accepts high school holders in the Republic of Yemen or its equivalent at the rate that is determined annually.
- Submit all the required documents, certified with the application for admission to the faculty, to the Admission and Registration Department.
- Admission is made according to the capacity specified by the university and approved by the Ministry of Higher Education.
- The student undertakes to abide by the regulations, instructions and regulations of the university in force during the study.
Academic Programs of the College of Administrative and Human Sciences
The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the basic theories, concepts and applications related to business administration, by providing students with the basic administrative skills necessary to practice the organizational activities efficiently and effectively. The program also allows students to develop abilities and skills in the field of scientific research by absorbing the requirements of scientific research and reflecting this in developing students' ability to complete their graduation research.
The purpose of this course it to introduce students to the basic theories, concepts and applications related to the management function, by providing students with the basic administrative skills necessary to practice the organization's activities efficiently and effectively. Further, the program also aims at Developing students' abilities and skills in the field of scientific research by absorbing the requirements of scientific research and reflecting this in developing students' ability to complete their graduation research.
The purpose of this course is to provide students with the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills relevant to the field of international business, This includes developing students' administrative and leadership skills in order to advance them personally and professionally, supporting scientific research efforts in the field of international business management and developing students’ abilities and skills in the field of scientific research by absorbing the requirements of scientific research and reflecting this in developing students’ ability to carry out scientific research.
يهدف برنامج المحاسبة لتطوير وصقل مهارات الطلاب التقنية والعملية ذات الصلة بمجالات المحاسبة والعلوم المالية، وتشمل مهارات الاتصال في إدارة ومعالجة وتحليل البيانات، وكذلك التوظيف الأمثل لموارد التكنولوجيا في تنفيذ الأنشطة الإدارية كالتخطيط والتنظيم والقيادة والرقابة واتخاذ القرارات.
The Digital Marketing Management program is designed to graduate competent students who are able to keep up with the requirements of modern digital marketing and understand the requirements and mechanism of its application in the modern era, in addition to applying marketing tools and strategies. The program courses also include the foundations and principles of analyzing marketing data related to the optimal use of data.
The purpose of this program is to equip students with true knowledge of Islam in both theory and practice according to the Islamic doctrines and to ensure that learners are committed to Islamic moral, ethical and spiritual values; by equipping learners with competencies relevant to contemporary times and global environment.
The Finance and Banking Sciences program aims to provide students with the theoretical foundations and analytical tools necessary to manage financial and banking businesses, and to apply the results of analytical data to a variety of financial contexts, including investment projects and critical financial decision-making, in addition to applying them to solve business problems, and reaching the point of collecting conclusions and formulating them in financial reports to benefit from them in managing financial and banking projects.
The purpose of this course is to provide students with knowledge of thematic skills involved in translating various documents and literary work. The program also aims at developing critical skills in the close reading and analysis of diverse literary and translated texts and to apply appropriate technical and professional strategies in translation, resulting in key transferrable skills such as effective communication in English and the ability to present sustained and persuasive arguments cogently and coherently
The Applied Linguistics program aims to provide students with linguistic knowledge and skills in the English language.
In addition to providing students with self-development skills, developing students’ knowledge and understanding of literary texts in different eras, and training students on scientific research methodologies to enable them to plan, implement and write small research projects.

Business Administration (English Programme)

Bachelor of international business management

Bachelor of accounting
The purpose of this course is to develop and sharpen students’ technical and, practical skills relevant to the fields of accounting and finance. This includes communication skills to manage, process, analyse and apply information for decision making, as well as utilizing information technology in implementing management activities such as planning, organization, leadership, control, and decision making.

There are many job opportunities for accounting department graduates, including:
- Practicing the accounting and auditing profession independently or in the public and private sectors.
- Carrying out financial consultancy, feasibility studies and economic evaluation of projects.

International accreditation and status of Faculty of Humanities and Administrative Sciences
تمكنت كلية العلوم الإدارية والإنسانية – اليمن في أولى سنوات تأسيسها من تقديم مجموعة من البرامج الأكاديمية المعتمدة في مجالات إدارة الأعمال والتخصصات الإنسانية والإدارية، وبتوفير اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية كلغة للتدريس في اليمن. كما حققت كلية العلوم الإدارية والإنسانية – اليمن تميزاً أكاديمياً على الصعيدين المحلي والدولي؛ حيث يكتسب الطالب خلال سنواته الدراسية مجموعة من المهارات العملية التطبيقية، والتي من أهمها مهارات الحوار والمنطق والتقييم النقدي. كما تحرص الكلية وبشكل عام على استثمار مواردها على النحو الذي يضعها في أولى صفوف الريادة والتميزLearners are equipped with skills in recognizing, evaluating and constructing arguments; reasoning; critical activity, judgement, logic and argument.
عملت كلية العلوم الإدارية والإنسانية – اليمن خلال مسارها التطويري، وضمن الخطة الاستراتيجية لجامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا على زيادة برامجها العلمية، وحيث تمثل أقسام الإدارة والمحاسبة والعلوم الإنسانية الأقسام الرئيسية للكلية، والتي تندرج تحت كل منها مجموعة من البرامج العلمية المتخصصة، لتتيح للطالب إمكانية استعراض البرامج المتنوعة بتفاصيلها ضمن الأقسام المختلفة.
