Furthermore, this cooperation will allow program exchange for both students and staff, joint research and graduate programs, as well as international conference organizations.
In terms of the quality of education, the project urges cooperating institutions to redistribute their resources to achieve more beneficial and effective tasks and goals for students by adhering to cooperation standards that seek to improve the quality of academic education in the areas of research and study programs.
Collaboration with an internationally leading university of science and technology will ensure that graduate programs adhere to the requirements set by the relevant accreditation bodies, and that their programs are subject to periodic reviews by specialists; all of which will enhance and document the international accreditation of the program and the university.

As an advanced center of higher education, the university is responsible for graduating qualified students in scientific fields to meet the development needs of the country, adopting the idea of national development based on modern technical sciences.

USM University Malaysia was established in 1969. It is considered one of the three Malaysian universities known as the Institute of Studies and Research. USM University is a world-renowned university and the university's studies include the best branches for postgraduate studies and research projects. University of Science and Technology, Yemen is currently offering PhD and Master’s degree programs in various fields under its international student exchange program with UNISZA.
UNISZA is the eighteenth state university of Malaysian higher education, located in Terengganu, Malaysia. The university is the largest comprehensive university on the east coast of Malaysia, one of the most professional institutions with an Islamic background in Malaysian higher education, and has contributed to the graduation of thousands of graduates in various fields since its establishment in 1980.

The University of Science and Technology, Yemen is currently in collaboration with USIM for its international student exchange program, which offers students the opportunity to study abroad.
University of Islamic Sciences Malaysia (USIM) is a public university in Malaysia with its main campus situated in Nilai.
It was formerly known as University College Islam Malaysia QUEM, which was established in 1998, and to date, USIM has nine colleges and offers advanced programs at Bachelor, Master and doctoral levels.
