The College of Administrative and Human Sciences seeks to provide a distinguished educational service that leads to the provision of competencies to the labor market and in a manner that contributes to raising the development capabilities of the country and society, and working for excellence in the educational process at the local, regional and international levels, and the display in the educational process of ethical, technical and professional behaviors and dealing responsibly towards the process Educational, excellence in quality, initiative and teamwork between students, professors, and university administration.
The College of Administrative Sciences and Humanities is interested in two aspects of science, the first of which is administrative sciences, which includes various programs in administrative sciences, including business administration, both Arabic and English, accounting, international business administration, marketing, production management, and other administrative sciences.
Administrative sciences are considered an essential basis for the activity of any institution, private or public business organization, or any government agency, because the requirements for conducting business in any activity are the presence of administrators, accountants, economists...etc. The development and growth of any country, organization or work body comes through the efficiency and capabilities of its administrative and accounting staff, the extent of their dedication to their work, their sincerity, sincerity and honesty.
The second aspect is the humanities, under which different disciplines fall under such as linguistics, legislation, law, Islamic studies and other sciences related to human sciences.
The humanities provide the qualifications needed by business organizations and state agencies, such as legislators, legal experts, linguists, and others.
Admission and registration requirements
A student wishing to join the faculty is required to meet the following conditions:
- The faculty accepts high school holders in the Republic of Yemen or its equivalent at the rate that is determined annually.
- Submit all the required documents, certified with the application for admission to the faculty, to the Admission and Registration Department.
- Admission is made according to the capacity specified by the university and approved by the Ministry of Higher Education.
- The student undertakes to abide by the regulations, instructions and regulations of the university in force during the study.

The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the basic theories, concepts and applications related to business administration, by providing students with the basic administrative skills necessary to practice the organizational activities efficiently and effectively. The program also allows students to develop abilities and skills in the field of scientific research by absorbing the requirements of scientific research and reflecting this in developing students' ability to complete their graduation research.
The purpose of this course it to introduce students to the basic theories, concepts and applications related to the management function, by providing students with the basic administrative skills necessary to practice the organization's activities efficiently and effectively. Further, the program also aims at Developing students' abilities and skills in the field of scientific research by absorbing the requirements of scientific research and reflecting this in developing students' ability to complete their graduation research.
The purpose of this course is to provide students with the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills relevant to the field of international business, This includes developing students' administrative and leadership skills in order to advance them personally and professionally, supporting scientific research efforts in the field of international business management and developing students’ abilities and skills in the field of scientific research by absorbing the requirements of scientific research and reflecting this in developing students’ ability to carry out scientific research.
The purpose of this course is to develop and sharpen students’ technical and, practical skills relevant to the fields of accounting and finance. This includes communication skills to manage, process, analyse and apply information for decision making, as well as utilizing information technology in implementing management activities such as planning, organization, leadership, control, and decision making.
The purpose of this course is to provide students with knowledge of thematic skills involved in translating various documents and literary work. The program also aims at developing critical skills in the close reading and analysis of diverse literary and translated texts and to apply appropriate technical and professional strategies in translation, resulting in key transferrable skills such as effective communication in English and the ability to present sustained and persuasive arguments cogently and coherently
The purpose of this program is to equip students with true knowledge of Islam in both theory and practice according to the Islamic doctrines and to ensure that learners are committed to Islamic moral, ethical and spiritual values; by equipping learners with competencies relevant to contemporary times and global environment.
يهدف برنامج العلوم المالية والمصرفية تزويد الطالب بالأسس النظرية والأدوات التحليلية اللازمة لإدارة الأعمال المالية والمصرفية، وإلى تطبيق نتائج البيانات التحليلية إلى مجموعة متنوعة من السياقات المالية بما في ذلك مشاريع الاستثمار وصنع القرارات المالية الحاسمة، إلى جانب تطبيقها في حل مشكلات الأعمال، ووصولاً لجمع الاستنتاجات وصياغتها في تقارير مالية للاستفادة منها في إدارة المشاريع المالية والمصرفية.
صمم برنامج إدارة التسويق الرقمي إلى تخريج طلبة أكفاء قادرين على مواكبة متطلبات التسويق الرقمي الحديث وفهم متطلبات وآلية تطبيقها في العصر الحديث، إلى جانب تطبيق أدوات واستراتيجيات التسويق. كما تشمل مقررات البرنامج أسس ومبادئ تحليل البيانات التسويقية ذات الصلة لاستخدام البيانات على الوجه الأمثل.
يهدف برنامج اللغويات التطبيقية تزويد الطلبة بمعارف ومهارات لغوية في اللغة الإنجليزية.
بالاضافة الى تزويد الطلبة بمهارات تطوير الذات، وتنمية معارف الطلبة وفهمهم للنصوص الأدبية في عصور مختلفة. وتدريب الطلبة على منهجيات البحث العلمي لتمكينهم من التخطيط والتنفيذ وكتابة مشاريع بحثية صغيرة.

Business Administration (Arabic)

Bachelor of accounting
The purpose of this course is to develop and sharpen students’ technical and, practical skills relevant to the fields of accounting and finance. This includes communication skills to manage, process, analyse and apply information for decision making, as well as utilizing information technology in implementing management activities such as planning, organization, leadership, control, and decision making.

Within a few years of its inception, the Faculty of Humanities and Administrative Sciences at the University of Science and Technology - Yemen has been successful and competitive in offering business and liberal sciences programs in various specializations in Yemen, using both Arabic and English mediums of instruction. The faculty of humanities and administrative sciences has gained a robust reputation of academic excellence both locally in Yemen and internationally.Learners are equipped with skills in recognizing, evaluating and constructing arguments; reasoning; critical activity, judgement, logic and argument.
