The University of Science and Technology (Head Center - Aden) tops the list of Yemeni universities by providing various community services
Based on the triad of science, student and community service that the university has adopted since its first march, through which it has sought to present its mission and build its standards, the University of Science and Technology has paid special attention to providing comprehensive community service to the various segments of society, especially in the field of medical services. As her effective contribution to raising the level of society, eradicating poverty and providing health care, in addition to her interest in the educational aspect, are just a few examples of her long journey in comprehensive community participation.
The University of Science and Technology has been distinguished as a major provider of a range of community services in various fields, the most important of which are:

The University of Science and Technology topped the list of educational institutions in the field of higher education, and in its quest for continuous progress, it provided, in addition to its educational faculties, educational, advisory and research and development services in the field of education, represented by the establishment of a number of advisory centers, in addition to organizing educational conferences and seminars aimed at enhancing students’ skills in Scientific skills that go beyond the horizon of university education and contribute to creating awareness and enhancing skills in a number of fields.
The University of Education and Technology has established seven development advisory centers, each of which seeks to provide a sublime service to students and society in all its segments;
It also highlights the community service provided by the university in the educational field; This is by constant and continuous endeavor to provide the best educational opportunities for its students, by providing international programs resulting from its cooperation with accredited international universities, which provides students with opportunities to enroll in international programs offered by international universities and through the campus of the University of Science and Technology in Yemen.
The university's initiative in establishing the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education represented a global service for students in Yemen and abroad, and a vital initiative for those who did not have the opportunity to regularly complete their university education. Today, the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education stands with its knowledgeable outputs, which it has continued to present for more than twenty years, as a single system that has gathered thousands of graduates from different countries and nationalities.
As one of the best providers of distance education opportunities, the Deanship was awarded the Innovation and Excellence Award in e-learning and distance education by the Arab Network for Open and Distance Education in Amman, Jordan 2011. Her active participation at the international level is also demonstrated by her anatomy as a member of the International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE).
By linking scientific outputs to development needs and the labor market, the University of Science and Technology is considered the leading university in the highest employment rates for university graduates. One of the most prominent examples of these is its qualification of medical school graduates with clinical work in public and private hospitals, medical organizations, clinics, institutions and health facilities. The university also offers job opportunities for its graduates in the fields of health, administrative sciences, computer science and other fields, and graduates can apply for these jobs through a web page dedicated to job opportunities offered to graduates.
