Sociology (e-learning and distance education)

The purpose of this course is to expose students to the epistemological basis of different types of knowledge, basic social scientific methods and the various approaches to social research questions. Throughout this course, students get to learn the basics of social scientific data as reported in texts, journal articles and the media, in addition to developing new thinking skills, self-concepts and moral codes related to the field of sociology.
