Sharia and Law (e-learning and distance education)

The program aims to expose students to specialist knowledge of Islamic law. This includes, but is not limited to, knowledge and understanding of: the theoretical and practical underpinnings of Islamic law, the context in which law is made, interpreted, adjudicated, and amended; as well as the role played by law, particularly Islamic law in different areas.
