MSc in Computing
- الحصول على درجه البكالوريوس من جامعه معترف بها بتقدير لا يقل عن جيد أو ما يعادله.
- Obtaining a TOEFL score or its equivalent in the English language according to the degree determined by the college in which the student studies (on condition of graduation).
- To undergo and pass the remedial courses successfully (if any).
- Pass the Arabic language exam at the university specially prepared for non-native speakers.
- Fulfilling any special conditions recommended by the scientific department, provided that they do not conflict with the provisions of these regulations.
- The applicant should not have been dismissed from any other university for disciplinary reasons.
- The applicant must fulfill the prescribed financial obligations.
- The applicant should not be enrolled in another postgraduate program at the university.
- Any other conditions set by the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Practical Research or the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research
Master of Computing at UST-Yemen Reaching an International Status
Among the top priorities of the deanship of postgraduate studies and scientific research- Yemen is to prepare its students effectively in accordance with the standards of excellence, and which go in line with societal demands and modern work environment, and the markers of scientific excellence in solving a number of societal problems both on the local and international levels. This reflects the university’s mission and directives of orienting postgraduate programs to the best interest of the local community in Yemen.
UST is well-versed in the important role of scientific research in improving related domains, and has for that reason allocated greater attention to the postgraduate program of computing by recognizing its overarching involvement in modern life applications, and has as such promoted related scientific research and developments in the field of computing and computer applications. UST also continues to refine the course syllabus to enhance both its theoretical and practical aspects. The program has also developed through the contributions and suggestions of profound scholars, who have enriched the program with greater contributions in aspects of content, related research and societal services and implications.
