Today, Tuesday 20-06-2023, the intensive training program in scientific research in dentistry concluded, which lasted for three consecutive days and targeted male and female doctors of the dental internship program. The program included various topics related to scientific research, such as defining the research problem, choosing a research title, writing a scientific paper, preparing questionnaires, and selecting a sample. The program also included practical training on reading and analyzing scientific papers, how to search research databases, choosing a journal and correspondence for publication, writing a research plan, entering and analyzing data statistically using the SPSS program, and using the EndNote program to write research references. This course comes within the plan of the internship program at the university.
The program was implemented by Dr. Mohammed Al-Wasabi - Public Health Specialist and Assistant Lecturer of Oral Medicine and Periodontics - Department of Dentistry, College of Medicine and Health Sciences.
