Program Goals

  • Familiarize the student with managerial theories and concepts related to human resource activities.
  • Providing the student with the basic administrative skills necessary to practice human resource activities efficiently and effectively.
  • Developing the learner’s capabilities with regard to theoretical and applied frameworks for human resources, especially job descriptions, manpower planning, staff selection, appointment and training, and building wage and salary systems.
  • Providing the student with English language skills in its linguistic dimensions and its applications in courses related to human resource management.
  • Developing the student's abilities and skills in the field of scientific research by absorbing the requirements of scientific broadcasting and reflecting this in developing the student's ability to complete the graduation research.
  • Strengthening the concepts of human resource management and strengthening it for the student with other related concepts, especially administrative, accounting, economic, statistical and computing.
  • Developing the learner’s abilities and skills in the field of data and information collection, analysis and use in human resource activities, especially workforce planning, selection, appointment, performance evaluation, decision-making, problem solving, conflict management, negotiations…etc.
