Dr. Muammar Al-Qutaibi, Assistant to the President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Munir Al-Abadi, Assistant to the President for Student Affairs, and Dr. Nasr Al-Saqqaf, Dean of the College of Engineering and Computers, inaugurated the Engineering Drawing Exhibition, which was held by students of the Department of Architecture, first and second levels, this morning. On Monday, May 31, 2021 AD, in the Great Hall of the University.
The opening was attended by the Head of the Engineering Department, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Qadi, Dean of the College of Administrative Sciences and Humanities, Dr. Mahmoud Thabet. And a group of heads of scientific departments and faculty members at the university.
Visitors to the exhibition expressed their admiration for the projects presented by the students, which reflected tangible progress on the applied level, and explained the focus on linking the theoretical side with the practical side. More than 34 students from both levels participated in the exhibition, and 10 works were selected as the best participation, provided that These works are the core of the annual exhibition.
Dr. Al-Abadi, Assistant to the President of the University for Student Affairs and Community Centers, expressed his happiness with the exhibition and the works he witnessed, praising the level presented by the students in their projects submitted as requirements for the first two years, stressing the importance of continuing in such events, and paying attention to the practical side as well as the theoretical side, which qualifies students To join the labor market with a high degree of specialization and professionalism, thanking the efforts made by the faculty’s academic and administrative staff, who have a valuable contribution to making students reach this level, and in showing students’ work in the way it deserves.
