Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Abdul Ghani Hamid Ahmed, Acting President of the University, the Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Department organized a workshop entitled: Building exams in light of learning outcomes, on Sunday, April 11, 2021 AD. A group of faculty members and their assistants in the main center, Aden, participated in the workshop, and through the Zoom program, a group of faculty members and their assistants from the two branches of the university in Taiz Al-Madina and Hadramout.
At the beginning of the workshop, Dr. Munir Al-Abadi - Assistant President of the University for Student Affairs and Community Centers, welcomed the participants, and thanked the efforts made by the Quality Assurance Department and the reliance on implementing such workshops that give the university faculty member the skills necessary to build exams according to modern scientific foundations, wishing the participants to benefit from This is a training workshop.
For his part, Prof. Muammar Al-Qutaibi, Assistant to the President of the University for Academic Affairs, explained that the workshop aims to introduce the importance of comprehensive evaluation as it expresses the performance that students should reach at the end of the university stage. He also pointed out the importance of building exams in light of the learning outcomes and their comprehensiveness of content.
