The Dental Department receives children from Ramooz Foundation for the Deaf and Dumb

The University of Science and Technology - Main Center, Aden, through the College of Medicine and Health Sciences - Department of Oral and Dental Medicine and Surgery, received a number of children from the Ramooz Foundation for the Deaf and Mute, in the university’s dental clinics. 

The visit of the children of the institution came based on prior coordination between the university and the institution, to examine the children’s teeth and do the necessary to treat their teeth, within the framework of the dental care that the university is keen to provide to this segment of society. 

This visit came after previous visits made by dental students to Ramooz Foundation. 

The children were received and their teeth examined by fourth-level students in the dental department, who had previously received guidance on how to communicate between children with special needs and doctors, and how to deal properly with children when they come to dental clinics. 

This activity was supervised by Dr. Fatima Al-Kabab.
