Field visit of dental students to Abu Harbah School in Aden

The fifth-level students in the Oral and Dental Medicine and Surgery Program at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the University of Science and Technology - Main Center, Aden, carried out a field visit to Abu Harbah School in Aden. 

The aim of this activity is to increase children's awareness of dental health, in order to reduce the spread of tooth decay among them. 

During the visit, the dental students provided comprehensive awareness to the school students about dental health, through a simplified explanation. The children were also diagnosed to explore their dental problems. In addition, the school students were introduced to the university’s free services in early dental treatments. 

Children with damaged teeth were received at the university's pediatric dentistry clinics.
