Memorandum of Cooperation between the University of Science and Technology and the Middle Technical College in Iraq

In an atmosphere characterized by friendliness and the pursuit of joint scientific cooperation, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the University of Science and Technology, represented by the Acting President of the University, Professor Dr. Abdulghani Hamid Ahmed, and the Middle Technical University in Iraq, represented by its President, Professor Dr. Waddah Amer Hatem. Shields were also exchanged between the two universities. This agreement was signed in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, on the sidelines of the General Conference of the Association of Arab Universities. 

The agreement aims to enhance joint cooperation between the two universities in various scientific, research and technical fields. 

The agreement’s articles included a number of clauses that focused on establishing a joint working relationship that would ultimately lead to the advancement of scientific cooperation in a way that serves the interests of the two universities. It was also agreed to communicate between the two universities and form a joint committee between the two universities to follow up and implement the provisions of the memorandum.
