The Department of Pharmacy at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences at the University of Science and Technology - Main Center, Aden, held a training course entitled: “Preparing Scientific Research Plans and Graduation Projects for the Academic Year 2024-2025”, for fifth-level students in the department.
At the beginning of the session, Dr. Abdullah Al-Nasi, Head of the Department of Pharmacy, delivered a speech in which he stressed the university’s interest in the research and qualitative aspect of graduation projects, and benefiting from these projects in developing the students’ multiple skills and capabilities, in a way that serves the community.
On the other hand, Dr. Faris Muthanna, Head of the Scientific Research and Publication Department, pointed out the importance of holding such courses that help students prepare graduation project proposals in a distinguished manner in various pharmaceutical fields, as well as the importance of working to publish this research and projects.
For his part, the course trainer, Dr. Muhammad Al-Sabry, stressed the importance of such courses that enhance the capabilities of the graduates of the Pharmacy Department students, making them qualitative graduates with high efficiency that carry the name of the University of Science and Technology with pride and honor.
The course also addressed the importance of the research plan, the guide to preparing it, and the components of the scientific research plan.
This course was held within the framework of the university’s interest in the research aspect, and in the context of achieving the objectives of the Department of Pharmacy - College of Medicine and Health Sciences, and its keenness to develop the research skills of the department’s students.
