With a spirit full of learning and positive interaction, two training courses entitled (Customer Care Skills) concluded today at the University of Science and Technology - Main Center, Aden. The first course targeted the university’s administrative staff, while the second course targeted its academic staff. Both courses were led by the creative trainer, Professor Dr. Fouad Ali Saadan.
The two courses aimed to develop the university’s employees and provide them with the necessary skills in the field of customer service and care, which is considered one of the most important marketing fields for building and enhancing customer loyalty as a fundamental pillar for the success of any organization.
The main topics of the two courses included: effective communication with customers, effective customer service, customer care, and customer etiquette.
The employees expressed their happiness with the great benefit they received in these two courses, thanking the trainer for his efforts in training them, and at the same time appreciating the university’s interest in developing them and providing them with the knowledge and skills required to develop them professionally.
