Human Resources Basics Training Course

The Human Resources Department at the University of Science and Technology - Main Center, Aden, held a training course entitled: “Human Resources Basics”, by the trainer Faiza Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al-Jahoushi. 

The course, which was held during the period from 2-4 November 2024, targeted human resources employees at the main center in Aden and the three accredited university branches (Taiz City Branch, Hadhramaut Branch, Ma'rib Branch), with the number of participants in the course reaching 11. The course aimed to develop the participants in their field of work in human resources, by providing them with the basics of this extremely important field. 

In this course, the trainer discussed the most important concepts and practices for managing and developing individuals working in various institutions, given that the human element represents a priority for the success of any institution. 

At the end of the course, the participants expressed their thanks to the trainer, Faiza Al-Jahoushi, confirming that they greatly benefited from the course content and their readiness to apply what they learned in it within the framework of their jobs.
