Launching of the scientific methodological competition for secondary school students in Aden

Organized by the University of Science and Technology and sponsored by the Minister of Education, Mr. Tariq Salem Al-Akbari, the “Scientific Methodological Competition” for high school students was launched this morning in Aden Governorate. The atmosphere was characterized by enthusiasm and strong competition between the schools participating in this round, as the first competition witnessed schools in Mansoura Directorate: (Aden Model, Ahmed Hamed Khalifa, Khadija Bint Khuwailid, Sama Aden, Al-Nawras) and schools in Al-Buraika Directorate: (Al-Quds, Al-Shaab Complex, Al-Firdaws, Al-Fursan), where Aden Model Secondary School qualified for the next stage.

32 schools from different districts of Aden Governorate are participating in the competition. The competition lasts for a whole week, with students advancing step by step in the qualifiers. The competition aims to encourage students, enhance their scientific knowledge, and develop their skills. It also seeks to highlight the importance of scientific diversity and enhance interactive and enthusiastic understanding among students.

Everyone is looking forward to the final stages of the competition, as students work hard to show their best in these scientific challenges. The qualifying stage will continue until Sunday, February 4, 2024.
