Under the auspices of the University of Science and Technology - Main Center Aden - and under the supervision of the Student Affairs Department and the Department of Dentistry at the University of Science and Technology, the Aden Dentists Syndicate implemented the first scientific competition between the faculties of dentistry on Saturday, February 18, 2023 AD, in the presence of Dr. Munir Al-Abbadi, Assistant President of the University for Student Affairs, where he welcomed all attendees in his speech, stressing the importance of implementing such activities that would create a spirit of competition and development among students and move from the pressure of studying to a wide range of scientific and cultural activities, which link universities to each other, allowing the exchange of experiences and knowledge among participants.
For his part, Dr. Awsan Hamid, the Dean of the Dentists Syndicate - Aden - expressed his happiness at holding this scientific event - on the sidelines of the Seventh International Scientific Conference on Dentistry - which is the first of its kind at the university level, stressing the Syndicate's continued support for such qualitative activities to advance the field of dentistry.
The competition witnessed great competition, with a large number of participants in attendance to support and encourage their colleagues. The competition ended with Aden University students winning first place, and University of Science and Technology students winning second place.
While the students of Al-Riyada University won third place.
