The Acting President of the University meets the President of the Sudanese Medical Council

The Acting President of the University, Prof. Dr.. Abdul Ghani Hamid Ahmed, Chairman of the Sudanese Medical Council, Dr. Al-Khatim Elias Muhammad Nasr, on Thursday morning, 09/17/2022 AD, during his visit to the State of Sudan to conclude cooperation and partnership agreements with a group of universities and agencies specialized in higher education and academic accreditation.

During the meeting, the Acting President of the University discussed with the President of the Sudanese Medical Council areas of cooperation between the University and the Council, and partnership m in the fields of training, providing the necessary standards and literature, preparing the human medicine program for accreditation from the World Federation for Medical Education (WFME), and other aspects of cooperation that fall within the jurisdiction of the Council.

At the meeting, the President of the Sudanese Medical Council expressed the council's readiness to cooperate with the university in all that is available to the council, praising the steps taken by the university in medical specializations, and praising the efforts made to adhere to quality standards and academic accreditation.
