Sheba School in a visit to the main center of the university
On Tuesday, 01/03/2022, the University of Science and Technology - the main center, Aden, received the students of the second and third grades at the Sheba National School, during a scientific visit to the university, accompanied by the school’s vice dean, A. Aziza Thabet, and Head of the Social Division, a. Altaf Hadi, and Head of the Laboratories Department, Prof. Fatima Al-Saadi, and Professor of Physical Education a. Alanoud Abdul Rahman.
During the visit, the students got acquainted with the university, its facilities, and the knowledgeable departments in it. They visited the clinics and laboratories of the Department of Dentistry and Radiology, the Nutrition Clinic, as well as pharmacy laboratories, laboratories, medical skills laboratories, anatomy, computer laboratories, networks, graphics, engineering, electronic and electrical circuit laboratories, the university library and others.
This visit was arranged in the context of scientific visits for school students, to learn about the university system and its requirements, and in the context of helping students to begin defining their future career paths and trying to arrange their hoped-for majors in light of the tendencies, capabilities and opportunities available.
The students and the school administration expressed their admiration for the university, its capabilities and equipment, and for what they learned about the academic and educational structure of the university.
