Also presented by Dr. Abdul Ghani Hamid thanked all the employees of the branch previously, and praised their efforts and the efforts of the branch administration, which led the branch to be the main center of the university.
He also stressed the importance of everyone's participation in constructive interaction with the decision of the Minister of Higher Education to transfer the main center to Aden, which was issued on Thursday, February 11, 2021 AD, and stressed that the main center - Aden and its two branches Taiz Al-Madina and Hadramout and all its affiliates will spare no effort in facilitating the process of student absorption. Those wishing to move to the main center or its subsidiary, and he indicated during his speech that the university has formed a technical committee to respond to students' inquiries by preparing a clear work matrix that accommodates all the inquiries that students may face.
In the meeting, Dr. Muammar Al-Qutaibi, Assistant to the President of the University for Academic Affairs, clarified some topics related to the aforementioned ministerial decision, then was followed by the General Registrar of the University and the Chairman of the Technical Committee. enough about the arrangements that have been made, and he stressed that the committee is concerned with responding to the details, and that everyone is basically involved in the success of the arrangements. At the end of the meeting, Dr. Abdul Ghani Hamid set of questions, which he discussed with them, and in conclusion, he thanked all the attendees for their constructive interaction, and for their dedication in carrying out their functional roles entrusted to them, in order to advance the university and achieve its desired goals.
