To make the International Relations and Diplomacy Program at the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education at the University of Science and Technology one of the leading programs at the local and regional levels in preparing specialized cadres in the field of international relations and diplomacy.
Program Mission
Preparing and qualifying specialized human cadres in the field of international relations, capable of understanding the course of events and international issues and ways of dealing with them, comprehending the requirements of the man of international relations and diplomacy, and possessing the skill to build relations at the regional and international levels, through specialized academic and technical cadres and using the latest digital learning systems and technologies and through a distinguished educational environment.

- Deep understanding of international affairs: The program helps students gain a deep understanding of international affairs and the political, economic and social interactions between nations. Students learn about international systems, international institutions and the challenges faced by nations in the contemporary world.
- Developing analytical skills: The program helps students develop analytical and critical evaluation skills. They learn how to analyze international events and understand the factors that influence political and diplomatic decision-making.
- Communication Skills: The program helps students develop effective communication skills, such as writing, speaking, and listening. Program Goals
The Public Relations Program seeks to achieve a number of strategic objectives that can be presented as follows:
- Providing students in the program with theoretical knowledge and basic concepts related to the elements, methods and strategies of international relations.
- Providing students in the program with skills and methods for building international relations and mastering the use of diplomatic work tools and employing them in a way that serves the policy of the state or international institution and improves its image at the international level.
- Enable students in the program to evaluate and analyze the tasks and activities of international relations and provide appropriate solutions to problems related to the field of international relations and diplomacy by applying critical thinking skills.
- Enabling students in the program to present ideas and initiatives to solve some problems and issues in relations between countries to spread the culture of peace and rapprochement between peoples.
- Developing the ability of students in the program to communicate and interact with others through digital media, cooperate with work teams, and act in an ethical manner based on the ethics of international relations and diplomacy and the foundations and controls of marketing from an Islamic perspective.
- Strengthening the role of students in raising community awareness about some international events and issues, analyzing them, developing proposals for solutions, and directing public opinion towards them.
