Cooperation agreement with the University of Baghdad, Iraq

In the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, a cooperation agreement was signed between the University of Science and Technology and the University of Baghdad in Iraq. The agreement was signed by the Acting President of the University of Science and Technology, Professor Dr. Abdulghani Hamid Ahmed, while it was signed on behalf of the University of Baghdad by the President of the University, Professor Dr. Bahaa Ibrahim Insaf. Shields were also exchanged between the two universities.

The agreement aims to develop means of cooperation between the two universities, by establishing strong bilateral relations, and implementing joint working mechanisms that serve the two universities in various fields. 

It is noteworthy that the signing of this agreement took place on the sidelines of the 56th General Conference of the Association of Arab Universities, which is being held at the University of Baghdad in the sisterly Republic of Iraq.
