The Department of Petroleum and Gas Engineering - College of Engineering and Computers made a scientific visit to the Geological Survey and Mineral Resources Authority - Aden. The visit included introducing the students to rocks and minerals, the factors of formation, and the transformation processes that occur in rocks by Eng. Jalal Mohammed Al-Maysari - Geological Museum.
Engineer Zahid Mustafa Yassin - Maps Department, also defined the types of maps, the differences between them, the function of each type, and the areas of oil and gas concentrations in Yemen.
At the end of the visit, the accompanying team and students of the Geological Survey and Mineral Resources Authority - Aden expressed their thanks and appreciation for the unlimited cooperation that serves the educational process, headed by Engineer Ahmed Abdullah Yamani - Acting Chairman of the Authority, and all the engineers and employees for what they witnessed of the cheerful reception and good organization.
