Holding a meeting to distribute Quran memorization grants for the academic year 2024-2025

The Acting President of the University of Science and Technology, Prof. Dr. Abdul Ghani Hamid Ahmed, chaired a meeting to distribute the Holy Quran memorization scholarships for the academic year 2024-2025.

During the meeting, the Acting President of the University spoke about the University of Science and Technology’s interest in memorizers of the Book of God Almighty, by providing them with the opportunity to pursue their university career at the university, free of charge, through these grants, which are an annual tradition for the University of Science and Technology.

The number of memorization scholarships for the academic year 2024-2025 at the university’s main center in Aden reached 30 scholarships, which the memorizers obtained after a competition that witnessed great competition among them. 

It is worth noting that the grants for memorizing the Holy Quran come within the framework of the University of Science and Technology’s commitment to community service. 

The meeting was attended by: Financial Director, Mr. Othman Abdullah, Director of Admissions and Registration Department, Mr. Yassin Al-Maliki, in addition to representatives of the Student Affairs Department.
