Master's degree with distinction for researcher Radwan Ahmed Abdullah Al-Hanashi

The University of Science and Technology - Main Center, Aden, awarded a Master’s degree with distinction to the researcher/ Radwan Ahmed Abdullah Al-Hanashi, for his thesis entitled: “The Impact of Supportive Leadership on Empowering Workers - A Field Study in the Association for the Care and Rehabilitation of the Blind in Aden Governorate.”

The public discussion of the thesis took place this morning, Saturday, September 21, 2024, in the university’s seminar hall. The discussion committee consisted of:

Assistant Professor Dr. Iskandar Hassan Abdel Sattar - Supervisor and Head.

Assistant Professor Dr. Mahmoud Abdo Thabet - Internal arbitrator and examiner. 

Associate Professor Dr. Yasser Abdul Rahman Ahmed Al-Qurashi - External Reviewer and Examiner. 

At the end of the discussion, the discussion committee praised the thesis submitted by the researcher and its importance, and decided to award the researcher a master’s degree. 

The discussion was attended by a number of university faculty members, researchers, colleagues and relatives of the researcher.
