The Department of Architecture at the University of Science and Technology - Main Center, Aden, carried out a field visit to the Al-Drain area in Sheikh Othman District in Aden City, for fourth-level students - Architecture, as part of the “Urban Design” course.
The purpose of this visit is to get to know the area, collect data and analyze the site.
The results of the visit included: students’ understanding of this area, documentation of all areas in it, detailing land uses, getting to know the 22nd of May Sports Stadium, and reviewing the requirements and needs of those responsible for the stadium area.
This activity was supervised by: Eng. Mohammed Hussein Al-Kaf, Eng. Samah Omar Mohammed Thabet, Eng. Tanweer Sameer Basweed.
