Within the practical application courses for fourth-year pharmacy students for the course of pharmacology (3) and under the supervision of Dr. Najd Muhammad Ahmad, a practical application was implemented using laboratory animals to study and observe the effect of the drug (Pilocarpine) on the eye focus; the aim of the experiment was to compare the effect of the drug on the eye lens that was given the drug (caused constriction of the eye lens) and the eye lens that was not given the drug (normal), in addition to observing the effect of the drug on the corneal reaction by passing cotton over the eye and also the reaction to light by focusing the lamp on the eye.
