University of Science and Technology holds a free course entitled: How to choose your university major successfully?

The University of Science and Technology - Hadhramaut Branch held a free training course entitled “How to choose your university major successfully?” on Saturday, August 12, 2023, in the Youth and Sports Office Hall in Shabwa. This seminar aims to help students who are about to start university studies to choose the university major that suits them, by learning about the various available majors, the requirements of each major, and the fields of work that graduates can work in after graduating from university.

The course was delivered by Mr. Salem Baans, who explained the mechanisms for choosing the appropriate specialization after knowing the fields of work in it, adding that every student has the right to know and carefully choose the specialization that suits him. The seminar is considered one of the important seminars organized by the university for new students, to help them choose the appropriate university specialization for them.
In turn, Mr. Nasser Muqlam, Director of the Shabwa Educational Center, gave a speech in which he explained the advantages of the university and its most prominent branches, and provided an explanation of the College of E-Learning and Distance Education.

The Public Relations and Marketing Specialist at the Hadhramaut branch of the university, Mr. Adel Al-Marshadi, gave a detailed explanation of the University of Science and Technology, the various specializations available in it, the requirements of each specialization, the fields of work in which graduates can work after graduation, and the services provided by the university to students in all specializations available at the university.
