Scientific Forum - December 2022 Attracting human resources between reality and ambition

The College of Administrative and Human Sciences, in cooperation with the Student Affairs Department in the main center - Aden and the two university branches in Taiz, Medina, and Hadramout, held a scientific forum entitled: “Attracting human resources between reality and ambition.”

The forum was opened by Prof. Dr. Abdul-Ghani Hamid Ahmed - Acting President of the University. The forum included 8 topics presented by (17) students, and (4) scientific interventions from Professor Dawood Abdul-Malik Al-Hadabi - Malaysia, Prof. Dr. Nouri Al-Janai - Iraq, Dr. Ahmed Al-Omari - Jordan, Professor Abdul-Malik Al-Maamari - University of Science and Technology - Taiz City, Yemen, in addition to the participation of human resources managers in each of: Al-Qatibi Islamic Microfinance Bank (Mr. Wissam Adel), Aden Microfinance Bank (Mr. Suad Al-Wajih) And that was in job interviews for some students (training and application). Practical cases were also presented for (3) companies: Modern Pharmaceutical Company, Al-Nimr Valleys Company, and Mahmoud Al-Saadi Foundation for Ceramics. 

The forum was attended by: a. Muhammad Al-Aghbari - Secretary General of the University, Dr. Mahmoud Abdo Thabet - Dean of the Faculty of Administrative and Human Sciences, Dr. Bashir Mohammed Al-Hammadi - Head of the Department of Business Administration, Dr. Nasser Amin - Assistant Professor of Business Administration.
