Scientific visitation at department of nutrition and dietetics

On Monday, 03/08/2021, the Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics Department carried out a scientific training visit for second-level students to the Sanabel Flour Factory in Aden Governorate.

Where the students visited the factory departments, starting with the Food Quality Department, and learning ways to ensure the safety of flour from microbial, chemical and physical contaminants, passing through the examination and analysis devices used in the factory. The production and industrial process of all types of Sanabel flour in the factory.

This visit comes within a group of visits arranged by the scientific department for the relevant authorities, in order to familiarize students with the practical applications related to the scientific subjects assigned to them.
